I don’t know if I just didn’t know this or if it’s just not well known, but this is Cole Sprouse (well known for his role of Cody on the popular Disney show “The Suite Life Of Zack and Cody,” among many other things) dressed as Howl, from the ghibli movie, Howls moving castle.
